The quality is poor on this product. It looks good sitting in my kitchen, however it has a very cheap feel to the vinyl and the general construction. The middle set of legs does not even touch my floor, since they are shorter than the other legs...so I have to put a shim under it to keep it from rocking. It also arrived with minor damage which was not too bad considering that the shipping box was completely decimated.

I read the reviews before ordering this but loved the color and bench design. The good news is the product arrived undamaged. The bad news is they sent two right front legs and I am still waiting for the correct replacement part of a front left leg. The first item they sent to replace the missing left front leg was the entire back, leather and legs attached, of a single counter height chair. So I called them and then emailed them a picture of the wrong second right front leg and I received notification they received my email and are working on it. Yes. I am still waiting to enjoy this bench. I understand sometimes things just happen and in the grand scheme of life, it is only a chair but I am annoyed at the time involved and two mistakes in packaging. I love a sofa table offered by Cymax but absolutely will not order it because of this time-consuming, repetitive mistake.

This was a great find! It is unique and practical. Me, my husband and son can sit on it at one time. I was just a little disappointed, because it seemed to have a little damage in one top corner that may have occured in shipping.
