I would recommend this to anyone who needs a dining set for a small space in a rich cherry finish. We searched for 3 months before finding this set. Some sets were the wrong height, but the right finish. Others were the right height, but the wrong finish. This was the perfect height and the perfect finish plus the storage underneath was exactly what we were looking for. My disabled husband was able to put it together even though he found the table instructions a bit confusing. We also discovered some parts missing and had to go to the local hardware store to get replacements. It would have been nice to have included a touch up pen for the small nicks in the finish we discovered in the chairs upon their arrival. I had a touch up pen from another piece of furniture in the same rich cherry that I was able to use.It fits perfectly in the space we planned for it and now my husband a recovering stroke patient is able to sit at the table with the family for his meals once again. The stools we had before were nice, but he just didn't have the balance to sit comfortably. He finds the chairs comfortable.

My wife and I had looked for nearly 4 years for a piece of furniture to fit in our kitchen. She found this on here and the price was right. The only negative I had with this overall is that the table was missing the hardware to put it together. I contacted Amazon immediately and they worked with me to get the parts. Granted they had to ship an entirely different complete set because the hardware is prepackaged. My advice if you intend to use this on tile or hardwood floors is to get the felt pads to put under the feet of the chairs. It makes a huge difference in ease of use as well as prevents premature wear and tear on the floors as well as the chairs. It is a bit time consuming to put together, each chair took approximately 15 minutes and the table itself took about an hour and a half, but it is easy to assemble. Would buy it again if I had a need to.

I was apprehensive about buying a dinette set online, but pleased with my purchase. It is a great style for small dining or nook area and love the rich color. It obviously (by price) isn't heavy duty, super thick wood but the chairs are real wood and parts of the table are too....it's just somewhat lightweight. It was rather simple to put together and had all the pieces.To sum it up.... I love the style, rich color, somewhat easy to put together, and a good quality for the great price.
