We needed a 60 inch bench for a wide hallway space, and the price was right, it's attractive, and it was super easy to put together. We've had several events using it, and it hasn't deteriorated, so it seems to be pretty solid. At the last event there were 2 large men and a teen sitting on it, and it was fine.

My biggest concern as I ordered is if this bench would be sturdy enough for our needs. Rock solid - YES!We purchased this bench to use when we extend our dining room table out to seat 12. I ordered the 60" and I was impressed by the solid wood legs and base construction.It took my mechanically inclined husband a minute to figure out how to attach the legs, but once he got the first one done, the others took only minutes.The seat is comfortable - not too plush - and it is a good height for our table.While it seems the seat was originally attached to the base, it (or the screws) became dislodged during shipping, which we easily remedied with some wood screws we had handy. I am not letting this impact my overall grade of the bench because the sturdy construction of the bench overall exceeded my expectations.

The bench arrived fast..It's excellent quality, Due to manufacturing, be prepared to modify during assembly. Husband is a woodworker, so this wasn't a problem for us. If you have a friend you can call on for this, go for it, it's worth it
