I own this coffee table and side stools. The legs are very unstable and break easily. Simply dragging the table on a carpet floor, instead of lifting it, can break a leg. Within a month or two, a metal part of the coffee table's leg dislocated from the glass top, and I had to find a welder to fix it. Even then, because it's aluminum, and the design is fundamentally defective, the welder warned me that it would not last. And it did not.I have to throw away the coffee table. The side stools are ok because they rest against the sofa. Not recommended, unless you plan to keep it in a low-traffic area and lean it against a wall or furniture.

I doubt the original cost given. It's much smaller than I expected; I would not have purchased had I known, but it looks nice.
